Analysis #2: "Taste The Rainbow."

Taste The Rainbow

Word Picture.

Way above human perception, clouds float in the light blue, equipped with eyes and mouths. Two particular clouds went out to a party the night before. One had too much to drink. This cloud threw up - unfortunately - all over his best friend. It was a surprise attack, as seen by the evident "surprise" face (o_o). The best friend is too shocked to close his mouth. Below these clouds, humans wander around the earth unknowingly gazing up at a rainbow made of puke.

Semiotics.

The image of a rainbow is an interesting sign. Socio-politically, it is infamous around the USA as representing the LGBTQ community. It is a source of pride in establishing one's allegiances or membership within the community. The term "rainbow" in itself is an interesting word; through combining the words "rain" and "bow," it can be understood that these colors which bow in the sky usually happen after it rains.
